Neither this site nor any advertising partners offer services meant for credit checks, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant evaluation, or any other use covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This site helps visitors find public records resources in Teton County and Idaho. It is not a private investigation firm and is not a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. It operates with no ties to Teton County government, the Teton County Clerk, Auditor, Recorder, the Teton County Sheriff's Office, Idaho iCourt, or the Idaho Judicial Branch. It does not store official records and cannot pull or file documents for anyone.

The site points visitors toward public records resources in Teton County, including Idaho court records, county recorded documents, marriage and divorce channels, probate records, jail and sheriff records, and third-party tools that may help with research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

  • Break any federal, Idaho, or Teton County law while using this site
  • Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site

3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Idaho public-records statutes, including Idaho Code Title 74, Chapter 1 and Idaho Code 9-338, govern government records custodians where applicable. Any legal dispute connected to your use of this private site must be filed in courts located within Idaho.

12. Severability

If a court rules that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stand. The problem section gets adjusted only as much as needed to make it work.

13. Questions

Questions about official Teton County records, certified copies, hearings, warrants, jail custody, or Idaho court filings must be directed to the government office that holds the record. This private site cannot give legal advice or act on a user's behalf.
