Why We Built This Site
Idaho gives the public access to many records, but the access path depends on the record. Teton County District Court and Magistrate Division cases are part of the Idaho statewide court system. The Clerk, Auditor, Recorder keeps county recorded documents, marriage-license records, elections records, and county records. The Sheriff's Office handles public-information requests for law-enforcement records. The county courthouse in Driggs is the local anchor, while Idaho iCourt, Tyler Self-Service, and state agency portals handle much of the online lookup work.

Only the issuing Idaho court, Teton County office, or state agency can provide a certified copy with an official seal.
